Custom Moulding: At Dentex Industries, we not only manufacture and stock recyclable plastic bottles and packaging but also specialize in the design, development, and production of bespoke products to meet our customers’ exact requirements. Blow Moulding: Blow moulding enables us to create bottles tailored to customers’ specific requirements in various thermoplastics, including HDPE, rHDPE, LDPE, bioplastics, rPP, and PP, with capacities up to 5 liters. All materials we use are recyclable.
Injection Moulding: We handle shot weights of up to approximately 200g, processed in various recyclable thermoplastic materials. We ensure strict confidentiality at all stages to protect your designs and brand. Our mould makers are equipped with the latest CAD facilities for component design and 3D visualization, extending to full tool design. Where feasible, we can manufacture prototypes of your designs for evaluation before full production. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive printing service.
Product Tailoring Services: Our unique service is designed to meet your exact requirements, offering tailor-made solutions without breaking the bank. Besides our extensive range of stock products, we can customize our offerings to suit your specific needs. We provide full custom moulding and bespoke design services and can make minor alterations to existing stock ranges to achieve your desired look, subject to product parameters.

For a truly unique item, we can design custom moulds in-house. If budget constraints are an issue, we can reduce costs by making minor modifications to existing tooling. Our products can be manufactured to match the colors of your existing products for consistency. Contact our sales team to discuss color matching or choose from our standard colors for an economical solution.

We can easily alter bottlenecks by modifying the mould, allowing the use of your preferred bottle cap. All our products can be made to order in any color and suitable material, subject to testing.

Our Goals

Conduct regular environmental audits, achieving continuous improvement through a mix of internal and external audits .
Ensure our stock products are sustainable by sourcing readily recyclable materials such as polyethylene. We also use PPR (post-production regrind) in all our stock products and aim to advance the use of sustainably sourced plastics, including HDPE, PCR (post-consumer regrind), biodegradable, and plant-based plastics.
Optimize logistics by working with carriers that organize transport to reduce road miles, grouping goods with those of other customers.
Ensure new machinery and equipment are energy-efficient before purchase, and phase in LED lighting across our site.
Encourage eco-friendly practices among employees, including cycling to work, switching off power when not in use, and waste segregation. We aim to prevent and reduce waste and re-use materials where possible, following the hierarchy of waste prevention, reuse, recycling, recovery (including energy recovery), and safe disposal.
Promote recycling among consumers by including recycling logos on our stock boxes and providing recycling information on our website.
Monitor the green credentials of our supply chain, using recycled and environmentally friendly products where possible, and reducing the use of aerosols and hazardous substances.
